Interactive Software Limited is committed to delivering quality products and services and its comprehensive quality system encompasses quality assurance, quality planning and quality control.
Quality within projects includes identifying critical business requirements and customer expectations, including the acceptance criteria to be used to assess system, and then satisfying these. Any potential risks or constraints that could jeopardise a successful project must be highlighted promptly to enable them to be addressed accordingly.
Interactive Software Limited’s implementation methodology has been developed by PRINCE2 accredited project managers from over 18 years experience of successfully delivering comprehensive business applications, During the Project Initiation stage the scope and quality assurance requirements (including acceptance criteria) are defined and agreed. A Communication and Project plan is defined that covers risks and constraints that are regularly reviewed throughout the course of the project. Feedback throughout all stages of the project is welcomed and is documented for future reference in lessons learnt activities.
The development of an evolutionary proto-type as requirements are defined help to ensure customer expectations are being met and constantly reviewed, whilst the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process allows any defects or process issues to be highlighted and addressed prior to training. All system issues pre- and post-go live are recorded in the system for a complete audit trail. A close project including a lessons learnt meeting is held with both project teams to help future collaborations.
Post-go live Service Level Agreements are implemented to ensure all logged issues are addressed promptly.
