Our knowledgeable trainers deliver practical, hands-on sessions to give you the information and prepare you to get the most from your Achiever system from day one.

Whatever your training need, we have a training package to fit. Our courses cover everything from initial end user training with step-by-step instructions for completing key processes, through to detailed configuration and administration training.

Familiarisation breeds content

We don’t believe in re-inventing the wheel.

Your Achiever journey starts with our System Familiarisation or End User courses. These training sessions give you hands-on experience with Achiever’s core functions, workflows, compliance capabilities and dashboards.

Whether you plan to use the ‘out-of-the-box’ system, or configure it to meet your needs, this training covers what is already in Achiever. This ensures that you make the most of any standard functionality, now and in the future. It also helps you uncover any critical gaps or changes that are required to meet your standard processes.

If there are any gaps in the system you can focus only on these rather than discussing any requirements that have already been met. You can do this, safe in the knowledge that the software is already successfully taking care of those other processes as standard. This approach not only helps you take advantage of best-practice but maximises your budget and your team’s time.

Testing…testing

If we have configured any changes for you, then it goes without saying that these must be thoroughly tested before release.  We don’t just test to see if everything works but also to check we have met your critical success factors.

Based on our decades of testing experience, we offer sessions on how to get the most out of your testing. These sessions cover defining test plans, creating test scripts, sharing best practice and common ‘gotchas’.  We also help you work out a plan to collate and report issues.

Putting you in the driving seat

To be successful you are always striving for improvements. To make these improvements, you may need to change your working practices or introduce new teams and processes.

Your software needs to be able to adapt with you and support these changes.

Unlike other software suppliers (and although we do love working with you), we don’t want you to come back to us for every change you want to make to the software. You can do this through our training courses.

Our system administration courses help you to take ownership of your system and make changes when you need to. They are available to your super-users and more technical users.  They will give you all the tools, techniques and knowledge you need to make changes. This includes adding new users or creating new workflows.

We have different levels of administration training that allow you to decide just how much you want to do yourself. These all come with different enhanced application support services to ensure we are on-hand to give you the right level of guidance and advice when you are making your changes.

Or you can just leave the more complex stuff to us.
