New Version of the Achiever Customer Portal is released based on responsive HTML5 technology standards.


ISL’s student recruitment software, AES, wins coveted Sheffield Hallam “Supplier of the Year” award against stiff competition from longstanding incumbent suppliers.


New Version of the Achiever tools released which provide even greater autonomy for customers implementing the solution.


Market specific sector templates launched, designed to speed-up customer implementation times and promote best practice for each market, including Achiever Training Management Software (ATMS).


ISL wins prestigious Surrey County Council contract for both the Shared Service Centre and the Contact Centre – still in place today. Surrey teams using Achiever have gone on to win European award for customer excellence.


AchieverAnyware is sent undergoes extensive market research to determine its fit with industry sectors.  From this ISL develops template solutions with pre-built functionality.


ISL continues to grow, moving to the current location and allowing expansion to meet the growing demand for the Achiever application.


AchieverAnyware is launched to address a gap in the market for highly-configurable internet based Customer Relationship Management Solutions.


ISL wins Tech Track 100 award illustrating for successful growth as a specialist software house.


ISL re-engineers the Achiever application from the ground up to be used in an Internet environment.  Rather than taking the easy route of just creating a .NET front end ISL decide to completely revisit the way the application was developed and deployed to make best use of the latest technologies.


After winning a number of high profile contracts and significant business growth, ISL move to larger premises and expand teams in departments.


ISL launched client server version of highly-configurable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution aimed at medium to large organisations


Formed by owner Tim Leek as an antidote to the cumbersome and complex Customer Management solutions in the market at the time – Achiever is born.
